POSTER PRESENTATION

1. Poster cards with number will be placed on the poster hall before one hour of the session start
1. Each author will be provided with a 1 meter x 1 meter poster presenting area and mounting pins / stick-tape. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters during the presentation and in removing them as soon as the session ends.
1. Best Poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to Program Manager.
2. If Impact Conferences drops/cancels this occasion for any reason, you will get an acknowledgment for 100% of the enrollment charge paid. You may utilize this credit for another Impact Conferences event which must happen inside one year from the date of crossing out.
3. If the participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
4. Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $150 service Fee
5. Within 60 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
6. Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Impact Conferences will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
